Breedlove and Associates began in the 1980s under the leadership of founder Jerry Breedlove, who built the business around real estate sales and property management.
In 2003, Jerry’s son, Dale Breedlove, took over the company’s management operations while Jerry focused exclusively on commercial projects. Jerry remained active in the family business until his passing in 2018.
Since 2003, Dale has continued to grow the management side of the business, with a focus on single-family rentals and mobile home park management.
This dedication continues today because we provide services to Wilson, Nash, and Eastern Wake Counties.
