Breedlove and Associates begin in the 1980s with founder, Jerry Breedlover. He grew the business into real estate sales and management.
In 2003, his son, Dale Breedlove took over a Jerry focused exscluively on commercial projects. Jerry remained with the family business until his passing in 2018.
Since 2003, Dale grew the management business with a focus on single family rentals and mobile home park managment.
This dedication continues today for we provide services to Wilson, Nash, Halifax and Eastern Wake Counties.
