Our History

Our family business begin in the early 1980s with Jerry Breedlove working in residential sales in Wilson and Nash Counties.  After years of working in the industry he formed Breedlove Properties in 1996, as an independent agent to focus on commercial and investment projects. 

In 2003 Dale Breedlove joined and the name changed to Breedlove & Associates, Inc.

Also we developed our property management business to complement the existing sales business.  Our management services extend to Wilson, Nash, Halifax and Eastern Wake Counties.  The portfolio is a combination of single family rentals, duplexes, and mobile home parks. 

We continue to strive for excellence in our services and focusing on our client investment needs.
